Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Trendy Life store that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.

Customer: Refers to the “YOU” or person that signs up to use the Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.

Device: Any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit and use of the services.

FEES, RENEWAL, CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICIES

Orders cannot be cancelled at any circumstances once it is placed.

Complete 360 degree parcel opening video is mandatory for addressing any issues post shipment. Issue should be clearly visible in the video. Tampered or edited video will not be accepted. The issue should be notified to us by Instagram DM or Trendy life store 2021 @gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Do not accept the parcel if you feel the parcel is torn, broken from outside, opened or the contents are abstracted. In such cases, take a image or video and refuse the parcel to the delivery person. Parcels mentioned with the above condition if accepted, cannot be claimed for any damages, returns and refunds from the Trendylifestore.

We do not provide refund/exchange for the damaged product, instead a coupon code of similar value of the product(shipping is non refundable) which can be redeemed on your future purchase.

The Trendy Life store reserves all the rights to cancel the order if the product is not available, in such cases, actions will be taken as per the refund policy.

Cancellations

However, acceptance of cancellation / pause requests shall be at the sellers’ / Company’s discretion and dependent on the cancellation cut-off time .Any cancellations to the service shall be made before the product is shipped to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product has been shipped.

Cancellation of promised service shall be made with mail with Subject:” Cancellation Request” and sent to trendylifestore2021@gmail.com

Cancellation Reason:

Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at contact trendylifestore2021@gmail.com. And amount will be credited in the same account from where it’s deducted within 7 -10 business days.
In case of Cancellation, bank transaction charge will be applicable and paid by customer.
